When we finally made a decision, we literally had the car keys the same day! Randy gave us a complete rundown of the vehicle and its many features, synced our phone to the car's console, and answered all our questions. He set up all of our warranty and accounts to the subscriptions that came with the vehicle... We didn't have to do anything.
